| Duly
completed entry forms, signed & sealed by the verifying auditors
& research agencies, together with any supporting documents should
be hand delivered in sealed envelopes, addressed as above. Each entry
must be in a separate envelope, which should indicate the category
entered, the brand name, the company name & address on the top
left-hand corner. |

| Fees & Payments: |
|
| The
fee for each entry will be LKR 25,000 + VAT. If there is more than one
entry each entry will be 20,000 + VAT. The fee for entries for the
category Small Business Brand of the Year will be LKR 15,000 + VAT. A
brand entered in more than one category should be accompanied by
additional entry fees for each category entered. A company may submit
one cheque for all its entries along with a cover letter listing the
entries & categories entered. Payment must accompany the entry.
Cheques should be drawn in favour of "Sri Lanka Institute of
Marketing". No cash accepted. |
