Shaheen Cader is the Managing Director of The Nielsen Company (formerly ACNielsen) in Sri Lanka. He joined The Nielsen Company in 2006 as Director Client Service, after 13 years research experience at LMRB. He also has work experience in the areas of banking and manufacturing industry.
In his wide ranging research career, Shaheen has wide experience in many aspects of market research ranging from brand and advertising tracking, usage and attitudes studies, product and concept research as well as consumer segmentation and customer satisfaction. His experience ranges across both qualitative and quantitative techniques and he has worked with local, multinational and international clients across many diverse industries ranging from fast moving consumer goods, finance and telecom to B2B and Industrial research.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. Shaheen also gives guest lectures in market research to students following diploma courses in marketing. |
